Water Street Project Tampa

United States

The Water Street Project in Tampa, Florida, is one of the largest urban redevelopment initiatives currently underway in the United States. It aims to transform more than 50 acres into a vibrant district combining residential, office, retail, hospitality, and public spaces. To support the construction of various structures, around ten Potain tower cranes were deployed, including both flat-top and luffing jib models, depending on the technical constraints of each area of the site.

All cranes were equipped with AMCS anti-collision systems, ensuring continuous monitoring and real-time management of working zones. This solution enabled high levels of safety, precision, and coordination for lifting operations within a dense and complex urban environment.

The smooth execution of this landmark project highlights the effectiveness of integrated safety technologies in large-scale urban transformation efforts.
