As part of the construction of the Keeyask Hydroelectric Generating Station in Manitoba, Canada, we provided anti-collision management for the tower cranes operating on this remote and technically demanding site. Located on the Nelson River, approximately 725 km northeast of Winnipeg, the Keeyask plant was designed to produce 695 MW of renewable electricity—enough to power around 400,000 homes. Launched in 2014 and completed in 2022, the project is a cornerstone of Manitoba’s long-term energy strategy.

Our AMCS anti-collision systems were installed on 5 Comansa tower cranes working simultaneously across the site. Their positioning around the core infrastructure required continuous and precise monitoring of working zones, under challenging logistical, climatic, and operational conditions.

Thanks to our solutions, crane operations were conducted with a high level of safety, coordination, and efficiency, contributing to the success of this major renewable energy infrastructure project in Canada.
